Wash and dry your hands. Wait until your hands are completely dry and ashy. Then apply a thin layer of Saliclear, rub it in well. Take a teaspoon amount of your skin bleaching cream and rub it into your hands like lotion. Rub the skin bleaching cream all over your hands for at least 1 minute. Concentrate on your knuckles darkest areas on your hands. After that, put on your disposable vinyl gloves. Leave the gloves on for one hour, then remove them. Wash your hands and moisturize with Vaseline. After 2 weeks you can start applying the skin bleaching cream to just your knuckles. Use a makeup brush to apply your skin bleaching directly to your knuckles avoiding the surrounding skin on your fingers. Don’t put on the gloves. Let the skin bleaching cream sit for at least an hour, then wash dry your hands, then apply Vaseline to moisturize.  How to get rid of dark armpits

FOR HANDS WITH THICK DEAD SKIN

For hands knuckles with thick dead skin and calluses, you’ll need to add ‘MEQ TCA Peel’ or ‘Strong Foot Knuckle Peel’ to your regimen. Wash and dry your hands. Wait until your hands are completely dry and ashy. Retrieve your makeup brush. Dip the brush in the peel solution (‘MEQ TCA Peel’ or ‘Strong Foot Knuckle Peel’) and paint it on your knuckles. Let it absorb. Then apply another layer to all of your knuckles. You can apply 2-3 layers for very thick dead skin. After 5-10 minutes wash your hands. Dry your hands then apply your skin bleaching cream, then put on a pair of disposable vinyl gloves. Leave the gloves on for at least one hour, then remove them. Wash your hands and moisturize with Vaseline.

TREATMENT FREQUENCY

You can apply your skin bleaching cream 2-3 times a day and wear the disposable vinyl gloves an hour each time. As for Saliclear and GA70%, these acids should only be applied once per day using the above ‘glove method’. Overuse will cause skin issues. If you abuse/overuse the any of the peels (‘MEQ TCA Peel’ or ‘Strong Foot Knuckle Peel’), you will end up with burns that will cause little scabs or blisters that will appear in the areas of overuse. If the backs of your hands and fingers (not the knuckles) have already peeled and the new skin is raw, don’t apply more Saliclear (nor the other peels) to those areas, this will cause burning/stinging. And all of the above injuries will cause re-darkening of your skin which is counterproductive to your regimen.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A few days after you start treating daily, the skin on your hands will start peeling profusely. It will not be attractive but the new skin being revealed will be softer and a much lighter skin color. To help remove this peeling dead skin you can wash your hands, apply Vaseline, then put on a pair of disposable vinyl gloves before bedtime. In the morning take the gloves off and use a paper towel to wipe the Vaseline off. You’ll notice dead skin peeling off as you wipe the Vaseline away. Wash your hands removing any loose dead skin, dry your hands and apply moisturizer. While you shower, use that time to manually carefully scrape away a lot of the peeling skin. The warm water will soak into the peeling dead skin and soften/loosen it making it easy to scrape away. Don’t forcefully pull off dead skin if it isn’t ready to peel away yet. This will cause injury to the new skin underneath. You can also use the ‘tape method’ to further remove dead skin flakes. Dark spot remover

TIPS

You can use your HQ30% cream at full strength, no diluting, if you’ve been using HQ30% cream on your entire body for a few weeks. If you’ve recently started using high-dose skin hydroquinone bleach, start out using 5% HQ and work your way up to using your skin bleaching cream at full strength. As I’ve explained before, dead skin is produced as an inflammatory reaction to friction and dry skin. Always keep your hands moisturized and wear work gloves whenever you’re doing housework or hard labor. This prevents the return of thick dead skin calluses.
