Method: Deactivate the Account
If the error still continues to occur, users should try deactivating the account. The steps for the deactivation are given below:
- Access QuickBooks and then visit the Tools menu.
- Herein, the user is required to Choose the list of Accounts.
- Following that, hit on the Edit option.
- After that, click on Online Services, and follow up by hitting on Deactivate.
- Subsequent to that, hit on Yes.
- Now, click on Setup Now and tap on Ok.
