1. Information We Collect
PolkaSocial.org collects various information about its users through its services, marketing and analytics platform. For our services we collect: name, phone numbers, personal or business addresses, email addresses, country, state, territory, and other information as it is relevant to providing our services and products.
Through our analytics platform PolkaSocial.org collects the following information: demographic data, browser data, session data, acquisition pathways and device use. This data does not contain any personal information along with it.
At your discretion we also collect email addresses for our own marketing purposes. Users can opt in and out of our emailing list at any time and for any reason.
2. Collection, Holding and Use of Information
PolkaSocial.org collects and uses the following data, for the following reasons:
A. To enable you to access and use our website, associated applications and associated social media platforms

C. For internal record keeping and administrative purposes
D. For analytics, market research and business development, including to operate and improve our website, associated applications and associated social media platforms

We also hold copies of all documents produced through our software for up to one year and a minimum of three months. Within this time frame the document will be destroyed both digitally and physically. PolkaSocial.org does not make any guarantees of holding documents longer than one year and does not guarantee a document can be reproduced within this time frame.
3. How We Protect Data
Protecting our customers data is extremely important to us. Although we understand it is never possible to mitigate all potential attacks we take the following precautions in order to ensure your data is safe.
Encryption: PolkaSocial.org uses an SSL for all forms of data transfer between our servers and clients. This means any data you send to PolkaSocial.org through any of our forms is encrypted.
Data Storage: PolkaSocial.org does not store any sensitive data such as social security numbers, credit cards, etc. Of the data we do store – we maintain it on a secure external server.
Data Deletion: PolkaSocial.org regularly deletes old customer data after certain periods or at the request of the user. This ensures that we never have more data that we can comfortably manage and keep secure.
4. International transfers of personal information
The personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States, or where we or our partners, affiliates and third-party providers maintain facilities. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the disclosure to these overseas third parties.
