Bitcoin will more likely create a death cross in the EMA 50 and 200, 1D chart if the downtrend or at least the stagnation continues. This could happen within the next one to two weeks.
For some who may not know what a death cross, it happens when the 50 EMA crosses and goes below the 200 EMA. On theory, it is a bearish signal and its results to a continuous and devastating dip.
But should we be afraid of a death cross?
I went back to the last four years and checked all the death cross that have happened in the EMA 50 and 200, 1D chart of Bitcoin (What I did is a quick analysis and I might have missed something.) I was really surprised by the result. I found out that half of it really cause a big dip and the other half went the other way around, a spike in price of Bitcoin.
