SubDAO Testnet has Officially Launched!

With the joint efforts of SubDAO’s core development team and all contributors, we now announce that the SubDAO testnet has officially launched! Users can join the DAO quickly and vote for governance on the testnet with free test tokens.

As the infrastructure of the Polkadot ecology, SubDAO is committed to bridging Web 2.0 to the Web 3.0 world by providing the decentralized organization with tools and services such as blockchain-based electronic protocol signing, DAO social, and asset management. The SubDAO development team will continue to improve the performance and experience in several stages until the mainnet launch.

Welcome all users interested in SubDAO to experience the testnet. Before taking the test, you need to claim the test token first, the claim process is as follows.

1. Have your own Polkadot Wallet

https://polkadot.js.org/extension/

2. Log on to SubDAO testnet

Notice: Please confirm that you have installed polkadot.js extension on Chrome or Firefox browser, then operate as follows:

（1）Open https://app.subdao.network/

（2）Access the website and connect your wallet (polkadot.js extension). You can see the wallet balance on the top right will be 0.

3. Ways to claim test tokens

Notice: When we are redeploying the test websites, the test tokens might be reset. Should such a case happen, you can reclaim test tokens with the following steps. There is no value in test tokens.

（1）Twitter Confirm: you have accessed and registered on Twitter on the browser.

（2）Open Faucet https://faucet.subdao.org/, and click on the “tweet” shown in the following image:

When it’s directed to the following page, replace the “000……00” in the page with the address of your Polka wallet and press “Tweet”.

Then copy the link of this Tweet in the textbook of Faucet page. Click on “Give” to claim your test tokens. Results can be seen on the App page (top right corner).
