There are things you cannot decide on your own simply because you are not an authority in that particular field. All that you can do is to present it as it is.
When everyone you ask about the issue at hand has several opinions, I cannot risk it as well. I do not have knowledge about vaccines, about its administration and its possible adverse events when taken carelessly. If the authority cannot even decide on the matter, who am I then to instruct, advice, direct or prescribe???
